Regenerative agriculture of native Amazon fruits and seeds

Almazonia is dedicated to help stop deforestation in the Amazon rainforest by re-investing part of its profits in acquiring deforested areas in the Amazon rainforest and installing a regenerative agricultural system.

In 2020 we have bought our first 18 Ha of land in Abaetetuba. On it we have planted a wide variety of trees and plants. Currently we cultivate passion fruit, acerola, cupuaçu, papaya, pitaya and many other fruits native to Amazonia.

It is our mission to proof that such a system will bring profitable and sustainable growth for the local communities, the bio-diverse beauty of the Amazon rainforest and for Almazonia as a business. We want to convince and motivate people to become the guardians of the forest by choosing a green economy model, rather then using their land for grazing cattle or growing mono-crops.
